   The Anti Bullying and Behaviour Service Community Interest Company will only collect your personal data when we are engaged in a service with you, to review the impact of our work or to keep in touch with you.

   We have data protection procedures in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. All the personal data we collect is processed by our staff based in the North East. No third parties have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation to allow this. We will never sell your personal data to a third party for marketing or other purposes.

    We will collect and maintain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you. After this time it will be destroyed when it is no longer required for the lawful purpose for which it was collected.
